With some changes likely at the Rec Park complex in the coming year or two, our league might need to consider changing a thing or two. What are your thoughts on possibly playing on the field at Critterville? In order to do this, we would have to start our season later, as Little League has the field through June.
Personally, I would love to play on that field. With the ASA balls and the larger field, you'd really have to earn a homer over there!

Why couldn't we switch back to the balls we used last year if we play on critterville's field? That would hopefully eliminate playing with the stupid big ball as well. I would be all for it.

I doubt there would be any turning back on the balls, Brad. But don't sweat it. If I can hit one of them out over there, you should have no problem....you or Tony or Stevie or Todd or Scott.....LOL

I am all for switching to late summer, with the season bumped up this year two weeks earlier it basically eliminates college kids from playing and it also eliminates high schoolers who play baseball from playing

That's a very good point, Joey.
Here's one potential problem, though....coed ball in Tazewell. Our seasons would overlap.
